Installation Steps : 

1. Download the Game MOD File From @TPGAMING

2. Disable The "Antivirus" or "Windows Defender" because they harm the cracks files.

3. Extract the MOD Files using 7zip or WinRAR.

4. Paste it to the Main Directory of GTA Vice City and Run The "gta_vc.exe"

5. Enjoy The Game :)
